【崗位職責】
1、Define the lead universities and institutes in the key technology areas, establish regional academic network with the experts by organizing regular visits and workshops, and propose R&D projects for cooperation
在核心技術(shù)領(lǐng)域同主流的大學和研究所以及專家建立學術(shù)聯(lián)系，組織相關(guān)拜訪和研討會，并籌劃研發(fā)合作項目
2、Identify market trends of emerging technologies, actively participate the conferences & fairs, and figure out the industry roadmap for the emerging technologies
洞察新興技術(shù)領(lǐng)域的市場趨勢，積極參加相關(guān)會議和展覽，制訂新興技術(shù)領(lǐng)域的產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展路線圖
3、Understand deeply the technology trend in the field of battery, solid state ion-conductor, e-mobility etc. and identify the key players and potential new product opportunity for SCHOTT together with central R&D; propose attractive technology development fields for SCHOTT
深入了解電池，固態(tài)離子導體以及電動汽車等領(lǐng)域的技術(shù)趨勢，并與中心研發(fā)部門一起，確定行業(yè)主要潛在合作伙伴，并評估開發(fā)新產(chǎn)品機會；為公司在相關(guān)技術(shù)發(fā)展領(lǐng)域布局提出建議
4、Collect the technical requirements of potential customers on new product, conduct the preliminary internal lab testings, organize the early evaluation of samples, and summarize the evaluation results as the base for future development
收集潛在客戶對于新產(chǎn)品的需求，實施初步實驗室測試，組織對樣品的早期評估，并對評估結(jié)果進行匯總，以作為未來新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)的基礎(chǔ)
5、Prepare reports for all customer activities & lab evaluations, and presentations for projects, with high quality standard and time measures
高質(zhì)量，按時準備外部訪問和實驗室技術(shù)報告，并定期進行項目進展匯報
6、Follow strictly company policy including EHS, equipment maintenance, lab 5s and compliance and take personal responsibility based on the department guideline

2、Good understanding on the structure-performance relationship of materials, and strong capability on materials testings and characterization. Experience on materials development, processing especially related to glass or glass ceramics is strongly preferred

【崗位職責】
1、Work in the field of chemical strengthening, etching, leaching, cleaning etc. to get deep understanding on chemical processing of glass, modification of glass surfaces and the relationship between composition and chemical mechanisms, e.g. strength improvement, of different glasses
從事玻璃的化學強化、蝕刻、清洗等加工領(lǐng)域的研究，深入了解玻璃的化學處理、玻璃表面的改性以及玻璃的成分與化學機理的關(guān)系，如不同玻璃的強度優(yōu)化
2、Set up lab competence if necessary on chemical processing and related testings
建立化學加工和相關(guān)測試的實驗室能力
3、Establish the technical network with internal and external experts, participate the conferences and fairs, and drive the internal or external cooperation
